Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to buy anything. We'll use your email to tell you about Cove Nights, including launch updates and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
The Cove Pillow is currently in prototype development. Specifications, materials, dimensions, packaging and delivery timelines described on this site are based on our current prototype and may change before the final production version. Images marked as "concept illustration" are not photographs of the finished product. We'll communicate material changes to anyone who has joined the waitlist.
The Cove Pillow is a comfort and wellness accessory. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition affecting your sleep, mobility or posture, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
The Cove Nights name, logo, brand assets and website content are owned by ETB.S and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We provide this website and our products "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your own country of residence.
We may update these terms as Cove Nights develops. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and let waitlist members know of any significant change.
